Our Story

The Civic Resilience Foundation emerged from a shared recognition of the growing challenges facing democratic societies in an era of hybrid threats. Drawing from our diverse experiences in security analysis, international program implementation, and public diplomacy, we identified the need for a comprehensive approach to building societal resilience.

Through years of work with civil society organizations, grassroots movements, and local communities, we’ve witnessed that a strong and engaged civil society is the backbone of democratic resilience. Today, we combine our expertise in research, strategic communications, and program delivery to help organizations and communities build lasting resilience through evidence-based approaches and practical solutions.

Vision

The Civic Resilience Foundation envisions a resilient civil society that is prepared, informed, and empowered to face current and future hybrid threats while upholding democratic values, freedoms, and pluralism. We believe that embracing diverse perspectives and innovative thinking is essential for building lasting societal resilience.

We strengthen civil society’s resilience through innovative research, education, and through applying practical solutions. By combining thorough threat analysis with, with laser focused recommendations and  targeted capacity building activities, we create comprehensive programs that enhance individual and collective resilience against hybrid threats. We work both independently and through strategic partnerships to deliver lasting impact across Poland and beyond.
